WebThe pet doesn't cast it when you are at full health,, only when you can actually recieve healing. The macro works well enough, its just unneeded (with teh caveat that I have no exerience with Arena) ... priest's vanish, etc. Your macro just doesn't help it at all and is very ineffcient.
