I think it says it is on the map notes but isn't actually activated in the OTS tune. The only requirements that I recall are that the accelerator pedal position is over 90% (WOT) and rpm is over a set value ...

If you shift properly there really shouldn't be any harm to your trans or clutch. I've done it a few times on long auto x launches and a couple times at the track (no point imo)
