WebThis all depends on if Prestige 2 + 3 give Tier 2 or 3 perks to everyone else. If so, then what I said above holds true. If you can only earn Tier 1 and still have to grind the rest then that's a little dissapointing because then it's just another band-aid fix instead of a solution as promised. Looks like we're golden.
