Always had a crown. I had it replaced a couple times. Once in college it fell off and I didn’t replace it for months until I got home. WebIts possible that its due to the root canal itself. If there is stoppage of the canal, it may be curved and he didn't get all the way down through the canal to remove all the infected tissue.
