WebThis is extremely late, but I was searching .460 rowland on reddit looking for other users of the cartridge. The FNX seems to work really well for the conversion, its one of the more reliable ways to use it and still get that double stack capacity. I also see that Lone Wolf will ream the chamber of one of their barrels for $50 plus the cost of barrel. WebAug 28, 2024 · Kit comes with the threaded barrel, compensator, extra power mag spring and two recoil springs for switching back and forth between calibers. $485....if it really works reliably that seems like a pretty reasonable price. Anyway, would love to hear from anyone who's done this conversion.

I too was thinking of trying it in a Norinco as the Norinco's are supposed to be made from tool steel and are said to be very tough. Clark Customs list the Norinco as one of their recommended platforms. You're basically taking the 45 up to 40 S&W pressure levels.
