WebbFor many Russians this war was as unexpected as to anybody. Nobody, except Putin and his closest cronies saw it coming. Not even FSB. People tend to be pro-putin for economic reasons, not imperialist reasons. I find it incredibly difficult to believe that if a referendum was made on war in Ukraine, that it would pass.
