WebMar 20, 2024 · The visual inspection report they gave me stated "headlight lenses stress cracking - replacements required". I was a little bit rush today so haven't got a chance to further discuss this issue with the service guy but hopefully they will sort this out reasonably. FYI. My 2015 Z51 windshield had a stress crack that started below the molding on the drivers side, it was about 3 in. long. To it to my favorite Chevrolet Dealer, the service manager inspected it and stated it was a factory stress crack and the warranty did cover it.
